Job Title: Procurement Manager

Job Summary:
Plumbers World is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management for all plumbing materials, tools, and project-related resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery of materials to support seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
- Manage purchasing processes, including requisitions, orders, and inventory tracking
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid project delays
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Control costs and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role, preferably in construction or plumbing services
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement and inventory management systems
- Good understanding of supply chain processes
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Salary:
₦300,000 – ₦400,000 per month (based on experience)

Plumbers World is currently recruiting 2 experienced plumbers for an ongoing plumbing project.
Job Details
Position: Skilled Plumber
Number Required: 2
Location: Abule Odu,Egbeda,Lagos State
Daily Pay: ₦8,000 – ₦20,000 (depending on experience and performance)
Minimum Experience: 5 years of practical field experience
Requirements
- Applicants must have at least 5 years hands-on plumbing experience.
- Applicants should live close to Abule Odu, Egbeda, or surrounding areas.
- Applicants must come with their personal work tools.
- Accommodation may be considered only for workers whose performance is satisfactory after the first day.
Worksite Rules
- Any worker responsible for damaging materials, fittings, or property on site will bear the cost.
- Workers will be checked before entering and before leaving the site.
- Stealing or removing any materials (including small items such as pins, fittings, or tools) from the site is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking or alcohol consumption is not allowed on site.
- Bringing unauthorized visitors into the site is prohibited.
