How quickly can a plumbing specialist get to me?

We aim to get a plumber out to you as quickly as possible. Wherever possible our emergency plumbers will aim to get to you within 30minutes to 2hours. Call +2348169133000

Yes, we can service or replace your leaking taps. We understand how irritating a tap leaking can be and therefore we will try and get one of our expert plumbers out to you as quickly as possible.

To cut off your water supply you will need to locate the shut-off valve, usually, located at the back of your toilet outside, if it is a bungalow building or sometimes inside the toilet as a standalone. For a storey building, always a standalone in the toilet. Turn the valve clockwise (direction of a clock) to cut off the water supply.

A small leak is a big issue. Aside from the potential cost, small leaks can also lead to other long-term damage such as damp, mould or even contaminated water. We recommend that however small you may think your plumbing issues are, you can call us to fix them for you.

Your hot water should be around 60-65 degrees as this is hot enough to ward off any bacteria however, is not hot enough to cause serious damage.

Shut off the main water supply, if necessary, and contact a professional plumber right away to assess and address the emergency.

Avoid pouring grease, coffee grounds, and food scraps down the drain, use drain covers to catch hair and debris, and periodically flush drains with warm or not too hot water.

It is generally recommended to avoid using chemical drain cleaners as they can damage pipes and be harmful to the environment. A plumber can suggest safer alternatives.

Turn off the main water supply to prevent leaks or water damage while you’re away. Additionally, consider having a trusted neighbor, family or friend check your property periodically.
